“My work is mostly inspired by my cultural make up.  As we navigate the broader world, our cultural complexity travels with us. Some of my work is a dissemination of a mostly unconscious reveal of the cultural elements that make me unique. It is the water in which I swim. Several pieces reflect my deliberate attempt to chronicle my perception of the African America experience. Other creations are inspired by all the integral and organic beauty that surround me.”
